Department of Pediatric & Preventive Dentistry offers an in-depth understanding of the subject and equips the students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the profession. We have a range of specialized facilities including painless injections, nitrous-oxide sedation, and treatment facilities for children under general anesthesia. In the post-graduate program, the students explore the latest advances in pediatric dentistry like kid-sized diagnostic tools, early orthodontic care, and advanced materials, and gain expertise in managing a wide range of patients through behavioral guidance & special child management skills. The department flaunts a play area, a separate postgraduate section with each chair dedicated to one PG resident, a fully furnished seminar hall, and a department library with a treasure of ace books and journals.
