GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL
The institution has a grievance redressal cell that aims to look into
general and academic complaints lodged by the students and redress as per requirement. The students are
notified to put their complaints related to administration, library, academics and hostels etc. through
the online, suggestion/complaint boxes. The institution aims at solving the grievances of the students
within stipulated time.
FUNCTIONS
1.To review grievance from the students.
2.To analyse the grievance received from the students.
3.To identify the realities of the grievance.
4.Take necessary steps for the redressal with the knowledge of the
management.
RULE FRAME:
1.Anonymous letters will not be taken seriously.
2.The matter discussed in the committee must be kept confidential.
3.The box is opened in the presence of chairman, GRC.
4.Record of the grievance received is to be maintained.
5.The committee receives the grievance of the students and attempts to
solve with in a time frame.
6.Grievances received orally by chairman /principal will also be considered
for redressal.
